Grab the Dungeon Cell Key
Run passed the Asylum Demon boss or kill him to get the Demon's Great Hammer
Grab your sword and shield
Remember about the boulder!
Talk to the Asylum knight to get the Estus Flask and Undead Asylum F2 East Key
Unlock the gate leading to bonfire
If you choose a magic class then grab your catalyst or Pyromancy Flame
Kill the Asylum Demon boss if you haven't already, remembering to do a two-handed drop attack at the start
Continue on to Firelink Shrine, grabbing the soul on the left on the way up to the nest

Remember about the collapsing floor!
Kill the Stray Demon to get a Titanite Slab
Kill the Black Knight near your starting cell to get a Red Titanite Chunk and pick up the Peculiar Doll
Kill the Black Knight near where you picked up your first weapon to get another Red Titanite Chunk
Kill the now hollow Elite Knight to get the Crest Shield
Warp back to Firelink Shrine

New Londo Ruins (Levels 60+) [0/29]

The Great Hollow (Levels 50+) [0/8]

Note: It's very hard to give good directions for this section due to the maze of branches and random spawning patterns of the Crystal Lizards

Light and rest at the bonfire after you go down the first ladder
Make your way down the branches looking out for Crystal Lizards and Basilisks
Near the top you can roll down in to the main tree trunk in the center of the area to pick up the Cloranthy Ring
Roll and drop to various branches to get the titanites
After you kill the first three Basilisks there is a soul hidden to the left as you exit the cave they were in
Slide down the two ladders to the first canopy and kill the two Basilisks there
Slide down the ladder in the center to the next canopy and be ready to kill four more and then pick up the soul
Continue down the branches and then on to the mushrooms, exiting the fog gate at the bottom to get to Ash Lake

Ash Lake (Levels 50+) [0/9]

Light and rest at the bonfire
Kill the Black Hydra to get two Dragon Scales and then get one more from the corpse to the left
Walk along the sand and get the Dragon Scale from the small dead tree
Get the Dragon Scale from the corpse on left by the water after the small dead tree
Go up the branch on the outside of the first huge tree, drop off to the right on to the hidden platform and head in to the tree to get the Great Magic Barrier miracle
Continue along the sand to the next tree, light the bonfire and optionally join the Path of the Dragon covenant
Cut off the tail of the dragon to get the Dragon Greatsword
Make sure you have some Blooming Purple Moss Clumps in case you get toxic from the Engorged Zombies
Warp to Anor Londo

Drop down the hole and if you haven't already then offer the Lord Souls
Farm the Black Knights for chunks
Grab the Black Knight Set from the beam
Optionally do some jolly co-op to get some humanity and souls. You should be level 65-80+ to get summoned
Kill Gwyn Lord of Cinder
- After killing him you can use the bonfire to get the good ending and the To Link The Fire achievement
- Or you can leave the area to get the evil ending and the Dark Lord achievement
