• Found on the balcony above the Titanite Demon in Anor Londo
• Found on a corpse in the chamber where the Skeleton Baby spawn in Tomb of the Giants (x2)
• Found on a corpse past the drop invisible bridge in Crystal Cave
• Found on a corpse above the tunnel in Lost Izalith, past the magma lake through the regular entrance
• Found on some in the abyss infected part of Oolacile Township
• Found in the room before battling Manus, Father of the Abyss
• Found on a corpse in the ravine where Black Dragon, Kalameet appears
